I see Fast Eddie has been around. His IP matches is one of the trolls that appeared among the swarm from J$'s instigated by "tony" a couple of weeks ago.Just thougth y'all might like to know.

I kind of have a problem with this thread.
A while back, I ran into some problems with a couple of regulars because one of the mods said my IP address was the same as some one else in Georgia and I would be banned. I wasn't banned but that caused major problems. My ISP is time warner in Upstate NY. It seems to me that comparing IP addresses isn't the solution to uncovering trolls and must make the real trolls laugh with joy. _________________ Count, why do you deny us? I wouldn't worry about it. Your situation seems to have been a one time aberration and may well have been an error by the mods themselves. Obviously you are not a troll. No matter who here might disagree with your posts you are consistently polite and reasonable.

I use several IP lookup sites which isn't always effective as some IP addys yield different locations on each site. This latest one, though, was consistent despite the variation of the last sets of numbers on the IP (the first sets were the same)
Here are the sites I use http://www.ip2location.com/free.asp - not too detailed - just the ISP http://www.ip-adress.com/ - this one is the most detailed as it provides the names of the holder of the ISP and the organization. Not being tech savvy I don't know what that's about but I find that even with different IP addy's and different locations, the ISP and the organization is still the same which indicates that it's probably just one troll. This site also has a map although the geographic coordinates are within a certain radius of the computer and not pinpointed. Johnny Dollar seems to be near Dearborn Michigan. http://www.geobytes.com/ipLocator.htm http://www.melissadata.com/lookups/iplocation.asp If the IP addy is out of the country, it's possible that the troll uses a proxy server which is the server of choice for those into child porn. I surf the internet using proxy servers at all times, unless it is absolutely impossible. It protects my anonymity and also protects against unauthorized access to my machine and my personal data. I find the intimation that proxy users are into child porn, even as a generalization, to be highly offensive. I am not trying to argue with you or even to condemn your comment, but I thought I could at least let you know, in case you did not already, that there are many legitimate proxy service users that aim neither to troll web forums nor to do anything illegal.
